🚚 How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2–5 business days across all of Egypt.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payment will be available soon.

🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

📦 What items are not eligible for return/exchange?

  • Worn or washed items.

  • Items without tags or in damaged packaging.

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective).

⚠️ What if I receive a defective or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange free of charge.
